Well, I have been procrastining. "I'll start tomorrow. I ate too much today so I might as well forget it." I am stopping the procrastinating and getting it going. I have been walking for 2 weeks everyday for at least 45 minutes. I have started drinking a very, very, very healthy smoothie, containing protein powder, flax seed, wheat germ, psyllium fibre, and chia seed. It was nasty at first to drink, but within a few days I felt better, less bloated and more full. I am starting a strategy of saying no, no, no, no, no over and over again in my head when those commercials scream at me. It has worked for 2 days. Only 2 days but I am breaking the procrastination. I am focusing on not binging, bringing my calorie intake down to 2000 or less, instead of the 3000+ which is not healthy. I am focusing on reducing the carbs, and returning to using white sugar in my coffee. I had been using the sweeteners but that has increased my cravings for sweet things. I am ready to start treating my body better, being more energetic, and looking and feeling younger.
