I'm feeling better today. Still sore but not as bad. I'm paying more attention to my food and drink again as well as other remedies that I seem to need after my surgery. My body is just different so I have to listen to it. I think that is the key. Sometimes, I have selective hearing so I guess I need to listen every minute of the day to my body. So, I need to journal and keep track of what i'm eating and when; also, when I drink and when to stop drinking before and after meals.
I need to do my exercise when I am stressed and just get up for a 10 minute walk at least 3 times a day for now. Until my pouch and all my innerds are healed, I need to take it easy on the lifting and organizing of my office and supplies, etc.
I need to pamper myself sometimes with a bubble bath, lotion or some other non food item like getting a pedicure when I have the patience to sit there.
I am going to try all these things today, in fact, i need to make myself a checklist to mark them off. *note to self*
I am so happy I have the support of my spark friends to encourage me along my path.
