Okay, so I haven't done so well writing a daily goal list blog. I started off with a bang and just kind of fizzled out at the beginning of August. Well I am back! I have been doing okay in the food and water department (except on the weekend!), and my exercise is getting better. I have managed to stay under 1400 cal. most of the time and I have been getting at least 8 glasses of water everyday. On the exercise front, I bought a new Wii game that is "My Fitness Coach". It has a personal trainer that puts you through a workout for which ever area you choose. There are supposed to be something like 240 different exercises. The best part is that it only cost $20. I have done it several times since I bought it and it really makes me sweat!!!!! I can't afford to go to the gym right now so I'm hoping this will work for now.
Well that should have got you all caught up with where I have been and now to where I am going! Here is my list for today:
1. Drink at least 10 glasses of water
2. Stay under 1300 calories
3. Exercise - 30 minutes
1. Get pictures together on disc to have printed
2. Make sure to-do list gets done
3. Make at least one card or scrap one 2 page layout
