My first month on Spark

My first month on Spark and I have achieved the following
1. One complement from a friend who says I look slimmer
2.I have lost 11 lbs (231-220)
3.I have decided to be brave and have my first before picture taken
4.I joined curves gym on a 12 month contract to keep me going.
5.I bought a dress that I really like, to embrace my feminity and that says goodbye to my voluptous self.
6. I purchased a 12 month subs to my favourite magazine:SHAPE
7. I purchased a 12 month subs to my favorite decor mag: HOME
8. I can now do one hour of Taebo:Get Ripped series,without feeling like I am going to die.
9.I have started experimenting with make up.
10. My size 18 jeans are getting loose that I need a belt to keep them snug.

Wow who would have thought.Next destination: 210lbs.
Realise that I keep subtracting my monthly weight goal by one pound coz I know that the Plateau is coming and I am getting ready for it.

    Thanks Sparkies.I am now down officially 15 lbs today.216lbs.I aim to reach 200lbs by 30th October 2010.

    Thank you for sharing! You are doing great i have been here for 8 months now and i love it ! I have never had control in this area in my life till i joined sparkpeople but with the tools and the support i to am doing it! Keep up the good work! emoticon emoticon emoticon
