I finally did it...

For weeks I've sat on the recliner and stared at the treadmill. It has been used to hang clean laundry on for awhile now. Well this evening I finally strapped on my shoes and got on the danged thing and even turned it on. I only made it 10 minutes and my heart rate is up and I'm even a little sweaty... Tomorrow I'm going to get on the darned treadmill for ten more minutes!

    I'm proud of you! Getting going is the biggest part of the battle for me too - once I've been on it for a few minutes its easy to keep going. I love my treadmill!
