It has been a crazy week. We are preparing for my partner's brother and his partner to come in from Boston on Thursday.
I am so tired!
Bad night last night (I was 'over tired' I think). Lots of cleaning...Oh, not that our house is that dirty, but I've been doing things I've neglected for a while (busy Sparking and job searching). Things like blinds, wood floors, basement stairs, inside of the WHOLE refrigerator...
I almost didn't exercise today, even though I scheduled myself for a short cardio session and then strength training.
I almost didn't, but then...I thought of that great loss last week, how it's almost 30 pounds now, how much better and more flexible I feel, how Billy and Neal will be surprised.
I ended up doing 15 minutes on my elliptical exercise bike, Coach Nicole's resistance band routine (plus 5 extra reps of each exercise) and 10 minutes extra strength training with my dumb bells. To top is all off, I took the dog (see Butch, our puggle, 2nd page of my photos) on quite a walk.
Yes, I'm even more tired than I was. But it's such a good kind of tired...I'm proud of myself. I'll have a better night's sleep tonight
and a better day tomorrow.
