so i'm back from my dad's jujitsu convention and i have NO IDEA how much i ate but i was so busy, walking all over the hotel and disneyland that i didn't gain any weight, which was nice.

today for dinner i made three bean soup and it was sooo good. i only made half the recipe and i still have a ton left over so i plan on eating more later on in the week. with my dinner i had a cup of cantaloupe (with a dash of salt) and a cup of iced green tea. yummy, yummy, yummy.

i start school in a week so i'm dreading trying to keep my diet/excercise routine up while i'm so busy. i hope i can stick to it.

    I started back to school last week and so far I am keeping up with both healthy eating and my exercise. I know you can do it too!

  That looks yummy - that would be good on 1/2 baked potato too
