I used to dread going to the gym. Loads of excuses....not enough time, I am too tired and the list goes on. So I am surprised that at the end of my work day that I am sitting here and thinking about my plan for when I am going to the gym and how long I will do what machines. Wow see how your attitude turns around in just a few weeks!!! I am feeling better every day and I now know what everyone was talking about when they said how great the felt and how much energy they had cuz I have it now too.
