I think all of my gitty up & go, got up & went. All the iron in my blood turned into lead & went to my ass.

I have had no energy to get up & hit the gym for the past 3 days. I've not been sleeping well & I'm fighting w/ the satin sheets all night long. The 1st night I kept slipping off the bed & the covers kept falling off the bed.

We changed out the top sheet & now the sheets won't breath. I'm soaked w/ sweat in the night.

I'm going to change the sheets & get a good nights sleep...maybe I'll get some energy back.
