10 Weeks Fitness Tests, Measurements, & Pics!

I actually did a couple of fitness tests this time for future comparisons...
Fitness Tests:
Push-ups in one minute: 35
Sit-ups in one minute: 18
Pull-ups (Unassisted): 2
Chin-ups (Unassisted): 3

Measurements:
Taken 06/07/10 > Taken 08/21/10 > Difference
Weight: 220.8 lbs. >> 218.1 lbs. >>> 2.7 down
Waist: 38.75" >>>>> 36.50" >>>>>> 2.25" down
Hips: 42.00" >>>>>> 40.25" >>>>>> 1.75" down
Thigh: 26.00" >>>>> 25.50" >>>>>> 0.50" down
Calf: 16.75" >>>>>> 16.00" >>>>>> 0.75" down
Upper Arm: 13.75" > 15.25" >>>>>> 1.50" up
Forearm: 11.50" >>> 12.50" >>>>>> 1.00" up

Body Fat: 20.82% >>> 22.67% >>>>>> ***I think my wife finally got an accurate measure this time.***
It was a little depressing to see that number, but I believe it is more accurate. I gave her a little better instruction on using the calipers and this is what we came up with. I don't think I was close to 15% body fat yet anyway...lol. At least I do know that my body fat has gone down significantly. I can see that just by looking in the mirror.
