July and August have not been good months for me. I've overeaten, been on vacation for two of those weeks and not exercised regularly. My kids started school yesterday and this was the week I was to get back on track! I've eaten better the last few days, but only exercised on Sunday. I tried something new and tried to jog in the pool. I ran around the inside of that pool for 30 minutes! I was proud of myself for doing it, but then did not get up on Monday to exercise. My goal is to exercise at least 4 times a week so I can still make that! Here's to getting back on the exercise bandwagon and staying on it for the rest of 2010! emoticon emoticon
