First of all, I wanted to thank everyone for their encouraging comments....it truly does help in keeping me motivated!
As I had mentioned previously, I have a family membership at YMCA but I have not gone since early June because I had gone to stay with my parents to help them out for 6 weeks. After that I came home for a couple of weeks before going on holidays. Since no one else from the family has been to the gym either during this whole time, I had been debating whether to cancel the membership or not. I did end up suspending it temporarily and am now trying to determine what I should do:
1. Stay with the YMCA (20 minutes away by car)
2. Look for another gym (closer to home)
3. Do my own fitness routine at home
The funny thing is that I was undecided on which choice to make but simply by writing this blog, it has made helped me make up my mind. I am going to follow my own routine and see how that goes. Worse case scenario is that it does not work out and I go back to choosing between option 1 and 2.
So tell me where do you work out ...home or gym and why?
