Here a few months ago i pulled my hamstring.. trying to be patient and not exercise too much and for it to heal.. it really hasn't but i am gaining a little weight in my mid section.. and i so hate that.. so now got to step it up and do more walking and going on treadmill.. with running but i am going to stretch much more so wont be as sore and all that i was.
I dont want to have problem with my weight and go back to where i was.. i have to keep going no matter what.. and keep strong and fit.. and i WILL DO THIS!!! so if i am not here as much.. its either i am more at my home.. where there is no computer and i am exercising and keeping busy... It is just mind over matter and not going to let age or anything stand in my way!
