Track, track, track

After my week of eating, drinking, and being merry with a friend from college, I'm ready to get serious about my health. This week, I'm not as concerned about my calories or what I'm eating, as I am about tracking. My goal for the week is to track everything I eat and drink enough water every day. It's totally attainable. Step one is awareness.
