So this is my first day on Sparkpeople.com. I'm still learning the site. I set everything up at midnight and went to bed.
This morning, I had a doughnut at church for breakfast. Not the best, but very good. I rarely eat doughnuts and I enjoy every bite when I have them. I had planned healthier foods for the rest of the day. Then my husband brought home a new jalepeno burger from Burger King. Not in the nutrition list. So, I listed it as a whopper, took the mayo and bottom bun off, to save a few calories and really, really enjoyed it. Dinner was a small porkchop and some steamed cauliflower. I had two fruits and a smore for snack. I was really afraid to put all this food into my tracker. Surprisingly, I was only over my calories by 100, and all those came fat. I really thought it would be worse. Given my past track record with diets, this is a good first day. Hopefully, it will get easier as I learn to use the site and the tracker.
