Today I increased each exercise I do for physical therapy by 5. The doctor started me out doing 20 reps 3x's a day. Then he wanted me to work toward 30 reps, then 50 reps and finally 100 reps. My goal this week is to do the 30 reps and the following week work up to 50 reps.

I praise the Lord, that there really has been no pain, just achiness and swelling. My range of motion is getting better with the exercise -- I especially noticed that today. I still get tired after walking too much -- which I did yesterday.

One thing I did do today - I tried going up and down the stairs with no crutch. It was slow going and doing one step at a time but I did it!
