As many may know, I have been blogging every day recently about my workouts. I am finding it harder to do, with working a full time job w crazy shifts and getting my workouts in, so I have deleted some of my sparkteams, I just don't find some of them are motivating me any more, and that frees up some time for me:) Will try blogging maybe once a week to keep up and accountable for my workouts. Other than that, I have gotten down to one SparkTeam and still use Spark to journal my food every day.
Oh, and while I'm on here.... I did 60 mins on the Arctrainer at the gym this morning:)
