Setting mini-goals

OK, trying something new.

Instead of one big weight-loss ticker, each week or so, whenever I feel the time is right, I am completely re-setting my ticker for a new weight loss goal. Once I hit that goal, I set a new goal. So last weeks ticker showed starting at 142 (event though the REAL start was 152 like 1.5 years ago!) it now shows 137.

This keeps me honest (no going back "up" the scale) and is akin to throwing out the "fat" jeans.

Hope this works, it seems much less stressful and I don't need a big weight-loss goal bringing me down. I'm in my healthy BMI and just want to get back to my "comfort" weight of 125, NO BIG DEAL!
