Am I ever having some challenges this weekend!
Yesterday ...well the day went well, then I just kind of gave up in the evening. Partied a little too hard and then ate a bit when I got home. Sure, it wasn't the most unhealthy thing I could have eaten, but I wasn't hungry and didn't really need it.
Today I've been focused! I've stayed within my calorie range. I got a little bit too much protein, but I'm cool with it because I had quite a bit less earlier this week. I just need to stay focused late tonight...it's when I stay up late I tend to give in to cravings!!
My boyfriend is coming home late from work. I can tell he's sooo stressed out. I'm hoping he'll just want to chill at home but maybe he'll want to blow off some steam at the bar, who knows? In any case, I just hope I can help him relax; it's his Friday and I want to help it get off to a good start for him. Plus, it's our time-to-party-before-school-st
arts-weekend so it needs to be a good one!
Tomorrow: maybe Blueberry Pancakes for breakfast (if we feel like cooking when we get up) with an orange. Or just some oatmeal.
Shopping: probably splurge my diet with a couple of See's candies but it's a mall tradition ;) I will make a healthy choice for lunch!!
Dinner: Cory wants steaks, which is cool with me. Grilled veggies for the side :)
Evening: Cory's getting a tattoo! That should be so much fun to watch. I was going to get one a few months ago but totally wussed out when it came time to get it. Good thing, though, because I'm glad I made a decision to not get it than to "just get it done."
