Oh peanut butter, why are you so good?! (and some other good stuff)

Peanut butter, it's my downfall, I should really have my boyfriend hide it from me!

I have to say, to my surprise, I really enjoy working out now! I feel stronger, healthier and look forward to it every day! We just got Bob Harper's Inside Out Challenge today (finally!)- it comes with a month "schedule" to follow- I am very excited about it all! That and I have found I love Chalene! She's great and it's easier for me to follow her routines!

My boyfriend and I took our "before" pics today for Inside Out, that was not a pretty picture (total pun intended)! It was good for me to see myself though, and it just enforced our healthy lifestyle change!

I hope the peanut butter fairy comes to our house tonight and takes it away! ;-)

    People rave about this stuff all the time. I personally have not tried it but am planning to order it. It's powdered peanut butter~45 calories in 2 TBS. You mix it with water to make it into peanut butter. I am planning on ordering some after hearing such awesome things about it.

    Nikki- I think you are right! In fact, I can't really do any kind of "nut" in my diet, my body doesn't like the fat content, as silly as it sounds! I still eat it every once in a while, but cut out my daily intake!

    I hear you on the PB. I just posted a message to the motivation board a few days ago to see if people ban this from their diet. I eat it daily with apple slices, only 1 T, but I swear it is stalling my weight loss...I added it to my diet because everyone says it's so good protein and fat and all the hype...but I swear it's gone right to my rear end!

    One of my favorite treats is 1 Tablespoon of peanutbutter on whole grain toast. It is tempting to have a second piece but I settle for just one. Yummy!

    It's a very nutritious food, just full of calories. You have to get your boyfriend to hide it and just bring you out a spoonful at a time!
