Week 4 Completed

Aches and Pains Tally: Legs are still fatigued. Frogs still hurt my hips. Discovered that my wrists can get sore. My core from my lower back all the way round to my sternum has been seriously worked out.
Ah Ha Moments: My downward dogs actually look like they are supposed to. My left leg is strengthening. Maybe by the end of the program there won't be such a difference in the two leg's strength.
No change in my weight this week. I continue to see improvements in the mirror. I can pinch less fat than before on my lower back. Overall, I'm feeling better than this point last week.
Confessions: I didn't do YogaX twice as recommended. I substituted CardioX to try it out. I like the plyo dvd better.
Ran three times. Hubby joined me on Tuesday for the first time in a couple of weeks. He actually ran me into the ground! What a big change from before P90X!! His running had become a parody of movement. He only hit the road because he loves me. Tuesday, he ran with good form and fast. I'm impressed. I'll keep replaying that when the program seems to drag me down.
Overall it was a great week. Harder than I thought a recovery week should be, but good. Looking forward to Phase II come Monday :)
