Only drank water and sf tang today. I miss my coke but I will live. Just one more day and I come home. Miss my kids and my few friends. Can't wait to see them. Counting the hours. I love all the before and after pictures of everyone. So many have done this so I know I can. emoticon

    I haven't tried sf tang but that sounds good. I like water but sometimes I go in spurts where I don't want anything to do with it. Thankfully, this entire past year I haven't had that problem. I'm out of coffee and avoiding the store so I'm drinking iced tea instead. Two days of the tea and I'm thinking a trip to the store is in order. Coffee is my weakness. I drink it black but as much as I drink, it just can't be healthy.

Giving up the sodas and the processed foods that are so common in our diets is really tough. I hope you are hanging in there.

    I know exactly how you feel about the soda. When I first started, I was drinking an entire 2 liter of Diet Squirt every day. I was so addicted to that stuff! And the first week was really tough. I just forced myself to chug glass after glass of water. I have these huge cups that I got from a theme park that are around 24 oz. so I would drink about 5-6 of those a day at first. It was hard kicking the soda habit but I just stuck with the water every time I wanted a soda and now I don't even think about soda. I am getting kinda addicted to Crystal Light now so I'm gonna have to just stop buying it! I need to just stick with water and get over it! lol

Just stick with it! It's soooo tough at first but it really does get easier and after a while you'll start to want the water and you won't even think about drinking anything else. Not to mention, you'll lose so much weight just by not drinking soda. It's weird how that works, even with diet, but it does!
