Well, I'm so happy that yesterday was the first day in MANY that I was totally within my calorie range, and the LOW end! Woohoo!!! I was so stoked about it that this morning I was ready to take on the world. ..... Then lunch happened. We have this lady that delivers food that she cooks, and it's outta this world. Well today was one of my favorites, Kansas City bbq sandwich, potato salad, brownie. I ate the sandwich, ate 1/4 of the potato salad, and gave my brownie away. So, not TOO bad. Until the sweet craving hit, and I gave in to the chips ahoy cookies. PHOOEY!
Oh well, I just have to move on from it...and I will :)
The weekend I'll be busy with family and friends. Headed to the drag strip with friends tonight (and guy I semi-see), cookout birthday party for my 92 year old Grandma tomorrow, so...I've gotta be on my best behavior. It's also my goal to journal/track EVERY day this weekend. I can do it on my phone, so there's not excuse. I GOTTA do it!!!
