Here I am at the start of this crazy journey once again. This time feels different though because instead of going "balls to the wall" (to quote my hubby) I am approaching this in small, manageable steps. Little changes to what I eat, more positive self talk. I'm trying to view this as a "look at what I CAN do" instead of "look at all I CAN'T have".
And on that note, I'm off to do some exercise. I bought two of the Spark videos and hope to get in at least 10 minutes each day. As I said, baby steps!
