Today if Friday and things are going real good for me. Dropped another lb and looks like I will be at my goal soon:)
I continue to eat within my calorie range.
Weight train 3-4 days per week
Cardio 5 times per week doing hiit on the elliptical.
I have recenlty added TRX training and will continue this one time per week. Wow what a great workout TRX is! I love it! it is hard but it is so worth it.
School starts soon for my boys one in college and one going into high school in the 9th grade. My little girl is 3 and will start going to a babysitter 2-3 days per week so I can have some time to myself. You see we recently adopted our neice who we have had since about one month old so she is now officially our daughter. It is great and love her like my own but being in my 40's I just feel like starting over has been a bit difficult so any time I get to myself is great, this way I can focus on my health and fitness and stay as young as I can for as long as I can for my young little angel.
Today is Friday and I tend to give myself a little slack on the weekends which also helps me stay on track, if I focus 100% all the time on my diet I would end of failing so I do give myself some time off one day on the weekend as long as I keep it to one day and not two :)
