Today I met my nutritional goals again, second day in a ROW!!! Now i just need to my bowflex set up so i can get down to serious workouts, and my 10 year old son is getting involved with me, helping create a really great playlist for our workout days. Saturday the in-laws are coming here for dinner and my father in law is on a very strict diabetic diet. I have NO IDEA what to cook for dinner, only that I really want to impress them and make him a truely enjoyable meal (as he has been kind of down about his diet, having always loved food). Any ideas out there?
