Slow and Steady

I've lost another half pound. At first I was really bummed out because I've really been working hard this week. But today I'm cool with it. My body is doing what's best for it.
Slow weight loss.
So, unless I lose 3 pounds by next Friday I won't meet my mini goal. I'm ok with that.
I feel great,the dress will fit better and I'm back on track!
