I want to lose 30lb. I always thought that I had to do it NOW. But the other day I saw/read bout somebody that had lost 100lb in one year and figured that they lost 2lb (average) per week. Sure it took a year, but they got it done and were transformed in only 1 year. I'm sure she thinks back to how she looked and felt just 1 year ago. I realized that it dosn't have to be done NOW as long as it gets done. So my goal is to simply lose 1 to 1.5lb per week. If I lose 1lb per week, in 1 year I will have lost more than i need to...more than my goal. I've lost 11 pounds before by using sparkpeople.com but re-gained most of it when i stopped using sparkpeople.com. This time I'm going to lose more and keep it off.
