Well I measured myself the other day and I have lost 2 inches in my waist!! It was a great encouragement and has kept me going to keep working out. I haven't been logging in as much each day but that is because I have been working out each night instead. I figure though I might not be getting all the sparkpoints for each day I log in I am making the difference sparkpeople was designed for. I still haven't noticed much of weigh loss but I think I am building muscle and the longer I keep up with working out the weigh will eventually decrease on the scale.
