Week 2 of August Goals

The second week of August closed a few days ago and I ended the week in a very-unspark-like manner. However that has passed & don't want to discuss or think about anymore. I am working on getting my spark back and getting back on track.
The focus for the 2nd week in August was to have at least 5 fruits and veggies/day, I did 4 out of 7 days. The first week was dedicated to eating breakfast every day, I managed that 4 days this week and had only managed 3 times in week 1 (did a little better).
This (week 3) the focus is Eating within range on calories (and try to hit ranges on carbs, fats & proteins) every day while still working on week 1 & 2 goals.
