Heard from a dear Spark Friend worried about her posture. Earlier this year I was fortunate enough to make a presentation at the National Council on Aging's annual conference. Chose Posture as my topic, as it is often overlooked and is so important!
Will try to post conference notes on this site, but in the meantime, here is a Yoga pose that wil stretch and elongate the spine. Imagine a string tied to the top of your head, pulling you towards the heavens while keeping your heels firmly on the floor.
I love this one.
