Im feeling down about my weight loss, or lack of weight loss...I need some encouragement and tips form yall.

    aww thank you! Yeah I have been measuring. well, I do it once a month. But I may do it once a week when i weigh in. Just to track my progress. :) Thanks for your encouragement.

    loved your video. your so interesting to watch. im in the same boat with you ..trying to work on that belly. and food is def. hard for me. getting to the gym not as much. i keep hearing alot about weight watchers so i was going to try that?? As i just can't do one of those diets where u dont eat "carbs" etc. have u thought about measuring your belly? measurements help me on those weeks im not losing. :) good luck you can do it!
