Treadmill Workouts

I work on the treadmill twice a day. First thing in the morning and then late afternoon. My question is: Is there any advantage or disadvantage if I do my late workout,after dinner and before going to bed????? emoticon

    I do mine at night too- I'm a stay at home mom to my very active 3yr old so there's no way for me to get it in during the day; I have to wait til my husband's home to watch our son- so I'm usually just getting started around 6:30 / 7 pm and then I try to do mat exercises (pilates and crunches etc ) once my little one is asleep about 9:00/10:00pm.
Sometimes you gotta fit it in where you can.

    I heard at night wasn't good either. If you have problems sleeping then i wouldn't suggest doing it 4 hours or under before your bedtime.

    I do my workout about 2-3 hours before I go to bed. I know me and I will not get up to do it in the morning.

The way I do it now, I still have enough time to calm down and be ready to sleep.

    Hi Larry. Wish I could do the treadmill. Late in the afternoon is okay but I have heard that just before bed isn't good. I think it's because it wakes you up again. That would be the disadvantage. I may be wrong though.

I wanted to say yesterday how sorry I am about your loss of your wife. I lost my Mom 5 years ago. I know where my Mom is and I'm looking forward to being with her again soon! When Christ returns to get us! emoticon
