08.14- Curves workout 30 mins
08.15- Elliptical 60 mins.
08.16- Curves workout 30 mins, Elliptical 30 mins
08.17- Rest.

Worked til midnite last night. Boy did I sleep good after my double workouts and then work all day:) Getting ready to head out to work again... my Wednesday... half way thru my work week. That dang last half pound is STILL hangin on!! Oh well... not giving up... keep on movin!!
