Well....First day nearly done...

Today was a little stressful, trying to write down everything that went into my mouth, then grilling my husband and son about everything that they put in their mouths and trying to keep up with them too. The day is over and I've counted that I smoke over a pack of cigs a day! 20 smokes to a pack, and i've had 29 today!! Yikes. That's something of an eye opener. Getting my water intake today wasnt hard considering I pretty much drink just straight water all day long and rarely have a soda anymore. I'll be on in the morning to set up those days goals.

    It gets easier to keep track of what you eat, it just takes some practice but eventually you start to recall more clearly what you have eaten and learn to work the nutrition tracker better. Sometimes if I am snacking at work (which I try not to do but sometimes can't resist) I write down what I eat on a post-it so that I don't forget.

    It's nice that you are already in the habit of drinking water. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water is one of my daily goals because it is hard for me since I rarely feel thirsty.
