100 miles

I finished the 102 miles on the bike with ease in 6hrs 11 min at 16.5 mph! There were about 4 cookies, 1 1/2 bananas, 3 pieces of watermelon, protein bar, GOO and some electrolyte drinks involved in keeping up the energy. We had the best sag man following us around with water and ice and stopping with us to dole it out. It was 96 degrees and I found my long sleeves held ice cubes, cubes wrapped in my kerchief around my neck and a cup of them in my sport bra all helped to keep the core cool. No sore spots today!
