I'm gonna start doing 5 goals per week...This is week 1
1. Drink all water every day.
2. Do all 3 scheduled runs + at least one long walk
3. Enjoy moving in to apartment!
4. Stay in calorie range, especially Saturday, when I start new-student orientation.
5. Get in some kind of workout, even if it's short Saturday.
