I'm gearing up for the Fall Biggest Loser Challenge !! I am a proud member of the Sapphire Stars !!! We will shine bright throughout this challenge.
As I do a self inventory and prepare for the challenge my biggest area of improvement is Exercise.
Being honest I really hate exercising.
I own the following equipment:
Wii Fit, several games
Neighborhood with sidewalks (lol)
I really need help getting a set plan in place. I know my weight loss could be so much more if I would stick with the exercise. I do good for a few weeks then I don't do anything.
This challenge I am not going to use work, my back issues or anything else I can think up as an excuse! I am determined to get into the 2's during this challenge.
