Hello, fellow Sparkers,
It's my weekly update on my weight loss journey. I am very happy to say that I have lost another 4.5 lbs. I suppose I should be concerned that the weight is coming off rather quickly, but it's not because I am starving myself. I am eating my full required calorie allotment, drinking plenty of water and am excercising daily (bike riding everyday, and areobic video's 1-2 times a week). I'm sleeping well and have plenty of energy. So what is going on with the weight loss? Beats me. It's very encouraging to me that I am doing so well. I know...I'm blowing my own horn.
My clothes are getting loose, and I hope it doesn't stop till I reach my goal, which if I keep this up, will be sooner than I expect.
Life is good.
