A 'Neater' Way to Cook Fish!

Sunday, August 15, 2010

I have a HealthZone grill (think Foreman "Wannabe" Grill) and they are awful to clean!

I wrapped a piece of frozen salmon (works with Tilapia & Catfish too) in foil and placed it in the heated up grill and cooked 5 minutes - then flipped the package and cooked another 3 minutes.

Moist and delicious! No mess!

Try with chicken, beef and/or pork too!

Adjust cooking times as needed on your grill.

Interesting! Do you use heavy duty foil or just regular?

I have seen those types of grills and never bought one. That was when I had a gas outdoor grill. Now that I no longer have my grill, this might be a good investment for me. Thanks for sharing.

Hugs,
Marty

Great idea - I just about stopped using my GF grill because I hate to clean it.

Just to clarify -- did you thaw it first?

I don't have a George Foreman grill, but I did also make salmon tonight. I marinated the filet in FF Italian dressing overnight, then took filet out of marinade and sauteed in a skillet using only the dressing that clung to it in the pan. Delicious!

I'll try this on our George Foreman. I don't use it half as much as I should.
