Update on the goals I set last week:
Continue to track my food all seven days of the week. Besides "mood", start tracking how many servings of fruits and veggies I am getting and learn how I can fit more in.--Did horrible at this one. Didn't track at all.
Do the exercises my physical therapist has me do.--Did well at this one.
Get 7-8 hours of sleep per night (even if it means I have to go to bed at 7 pm in order to get up at 3 am.)--Got at least 7 hours most of the week.
Plan meals for every night and not throw the plans away because I'm tired. --Surpisingly, I did pretty good at this one. Friday night, we did go out to eat, but that was planned. We also planned for yesterday for eating out since we were at the state fair.
Goals for next week:
Track my food, even if it's just writing down what I am eating and nothing else.
Continue with the exercise routine the PT gave me.
Keep up with the goals from previous weeks I already met.
