Got 10 points on the spark wheel today.. yeah baby!!! And down 9 lbs for the last 4 weeks.... yahooo!!! I am doing this!!! No excuses... no whining... just getting it done!!! And no one is gonna bring me down... like the song says... "I get knocked down, but I get up again, ain't nothin gonna keep me down."
