I use a 'modified' version since I have major foot drop and can't stand on toes. But it does help just to stand and stretch from my spine and then relax. I'm working on holding on with just one finger. :o) Thanks as usual for all you do. You are a blessing.
I love the exercises; they are really helping. I really need this balance one, because I can do the last part if I hold on with one hand, but with no hands, I teeter there for a few moments before grabbing..*grin* but I am going to work on that..:)
