Three of my friend celebrated their birthdays tonight. All three are very healthy eaters so the selection was mostly healthy. We had veggie chili,brown rice and fresh veggies. But we also had pringles chips and smores. I ate 8 pringle chips and had two smores. I didn't have beer or wine, I drank water. And I had a spinach salad for lunch. my calorie count was only off by 3. SO,.........................I came home and
for 15 minutes.
