I decided to eat at least one vegan meal a day. It will probably be dinner. Currently, I am a semi vegetarian. I'm eating fruit and egg white with turkey sausage or soy sausage for breakfast with one slice of bread. I use the morning star breakfast products most of the time. At lunch I have a salad along with my meal that includes chicken or fish. I'm going to make dinner a vegan meal. That's no meat, diary or eggs. I eliminated red meat and pork years ago, but I still eat some diary, eggs, fish and chicken. Starting tomorrow, I am going to have a vegan meal at dinner. That means no poultry and fish too. I will need to step up my soy products and rice products like "rice dreams" a non-diary ice cream treat. I brought a rice noodle pad thai dish that has tofu in it. It looks good!! Yesterday, I brought the Rice Dream Pieces instead of my usual frozen vanilla yogurt. The rice treat was very good.
Okay, wish me luck! Perhaps adding a vegan meal a day will help with me reach my goal.
