I can't believe the pounds are falling off so fast. It wasn't this easy before! I just hope I can keep it up. It's Saturday again and time for my weekly sushi splurge with my friends. I've been good today though, so I can afford to indulge a bit.
Another helpful tip that I've discovered this week: My husband has a terrible habit of drinking only half a bottle of water (not to mention the fact that he buys bottled water instead of installing the undercounter water purifier I bought years ago so we wouldn't have to buy bottled water) and leaving it in the fridge or sitting around. It's always annoyed me but now I've figured out how to rid myself of the annoyance and get my 8 cups of water in a day: drink whatever he leaves behind. Sure, it's only half a cup here and there, but it helps my water intake and gets rid of the half-empty bottles cluttering up the place.
