I'm Back Again

Saturday, August 14, 2010

I've been away for about a year and managed to put almost all the weight I lost back on, I went to weight Watchers and I don't think it's my type of thing. I need to get motivated and start again, slowly getting back to eating sensibly and starting to exercise. I am giving myself a month to get myself sorted out and living a healthier life. emoticon

emoticon Visit my SparkPage anytime. You're never alone in this journey of healthy living. I offer lots of moral support, encouragement and positive buddy system. With the help of your SP friends and teammates .... TOGETHER, WE CAN DO IT!!

emoticon It's never too late to start over. I'm hoping the following will help you as much as it has for me when I first started my journey of healthy living. Sometimes I continue to go back to the basics.

emoticon THROW OUT by GIVING TO THE NEAREST FOOD PANTRY in your area, all the junk food and unhealthy beverages that are in your cabinets and refrigerator. Not only are they sabotaging your will power, the Food Pantry will be grateful for your generous donation. If it's not in your home, it's impossible to be eaten!

emoticon Start a NEW GROCERY LIST! (Check to see if your doctor has a printout of your recommended daily diet).

emoticon Use the SparkPoints tracking your daily nutrition (meals, drinks and snacks), by journaling everything that goes into your mouth. Don't go over your daily calories, carbs, fat and protein ranges.

emoticon Use the SparkPoints for tracking both of your daily fitness programs (your doctor's recommended exercise and cardio). Burn more calories than what you eat, but it is important to stay within your calorie ranges.

emoticon Read not only Spark, but every article that is available on site. PROCESS the information ..... I have learned so much about changing from my poor habits into living a healthier lifestyle.
