Missing my MoJo

Another thing........ Sometimes when I set a goal for myself and I don't accomplish it- I get SO disappointed. I just don't want to look at the failure each and every day!

Mentally I know just being healthier is the ultimate goal. And that the weightloss goals are realistic and achievable but that it it is the icing on the cake - not the cake itself. With that being said - I still want that number on the scale!!!

I am going to remove the actual weight goals from my sparkpage and just make my focus on food and exerise minutes for the rest of year. Maybe seeing that I missed the mark everytime I logged into SPARK killed a little bit of that excitement of even trying to reach a goal. So, to get my mojo back, I am going to try not focusing on the scale.

I think I tell myself that 10xs a day. Maybe one day I will remember!!!
