It's been awhile since I've had time to reflect on how far that I've come. Had it not been for the information and support that I received here at Sparkpeople, I would never have gotten Here! I have lost 28 pounds. I'm still working at the weight and using the tools. I've really begun to enjoy EXERCISE! It really makes my body feel GOOD ! I exercised for about a hour and a half each day for six days and I learned something . I did not lose any weight. Then I remembered what I learned at Sparkpeople. I had not eaten enough for my body to respond properly. I then cut down on some of the exercise and I lost 3 pounds easily. You see I never understood what my problem was. It was that I did not eat enough food! I also was not eating the nutritious food that my body needed. I don't have stiffness, or aches and pains that I did before. My mother had knee surgery about a year ago. My husband and I have talked to her about feeling healthy and energetic. She won't budge!!! I'm going to keep on talking to her about it. I know that exercise works!!!!!!!. It really does!
My success at weight loss has begun to affect others. My husband has lost 15 pounds and my daughter ( who lives out of town ) has lost 18 pounds. So I continue to Fight my desire not to eat and try to eat healthy meals at the right time.
