After a pretty tough week and a weekend of birthday parties I still managed to lose a little.
My mini goal for today is to not eat bread. So far so good.
3 1/2 more pounds to meet my mini weight goal. emoticon

Update: No bread passed these lips, to rest on my hips, today!
